It all sTARTED when…
Kayode began his journey in search of the perfect shot, when he entered Georgetown as a Physics major and walked on to Georgetown University’s Division 1 Men’s Basketball Team to play under the legendary Hall of Fame Coach John Thompson Junior. Since graduating, continuing his love for basketball, Kayode has worked with youth from communities throughout New York City as a coach, youth developer, and recreation specialist. And, for the past 15 years he has also worked in sports broadcasting as an Associate Director at CBS Sports. He is a 4 time Emmy winner, having worked on the NFL Football Season, NFL Today, Nickelodeon NFC Wild Card Game, UEFA, NCAA March Madness Tournament, College Basketball, SEC College Football and PGA Tour broadcasts.
Through his experience, having personally seen the struggle of ball players and their inability to demonstrate accuracy and consistency for making a basket, Kayode continued his journey and pooled together his love and knowledge of physics with his passion, knowledge and experience with basketball, to invent the #1 shooting training aid, SMART SHOT.
